PET imaging of the complement alternative pathway regulator ALXN1920 shows selective and extended retention in the NHP renal cortex (SNMMI 2026) - " Random lysine conjugation with the bifunctional chelator p-SCN-Bn-deferoxamine (DFO) as was applied in bicarbonate buffer. Conjugation with DFO and Radiolabeling of [89Zr]Zr-DFO-ALXN1920 was successfully accomplished. The study demonstrates that [89Zr]Zr-DFO-ALXN1920 is selectively and rapidly distributed to the non-human primate kidneys and supports the kidney-selective mechanism of action for ALXN1920."
