Comparative efficacy of different types of Exosomes as Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) in wound healing: A Network Meta-Analysis (EADV 2025) - "Adipose- derived mesenchymal stem cell-exosomes (ADMSC-Exos, -9.89; CI: -13.24, -6.54) and Melatonin-stimulated human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells-exosomes (MT-hBMMSC-Exos, -13.67; CI: -22.35, -4.99) also showed benefits over Placebo (-12.36; CI: -14.69, -10.03)... Exosome-based therapies, particularly HUVEC-Exo, hUCB-MSC-Exos, and PRP-Exos, significantly enhance wound healing in diabetic wounds. These findings highlight their potential as innovative interventions for managing chronic wounds. Further clinical studies are warranted to validate these results and facilitate clinical translation."

Clinical Trial of Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Autoimmune Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (ERS 2025) - "The hBMMSC therapy for aPAP is safe. Data from the 3 subjects who have completed the efficacy evaluation suggest that MSCs may improve the A-aDO2, PaO2, and chest CT findings. The comprehensive safety and efficacy evaluation will be conducted after all subjects reach the 24-week assessment."
