An ADC targeting EGTX004, a novel tumour-specific and stroma-restricted antigen, induces regression of established xenograft tumours (ESMO 2026) - "The ADCs induced dose-dependent regression of established tumours (300–700 mm3 at first dose), with complete regressions at top doses across multiple CDX models.Conclusions EGTX004 is a tumour-specific and stroma-restricted antigen targetable by an ADC that selectively accumulates within the tumour microenvironment. Targeting EGTX004 converts the tumour stroma into a reservoir of cytotoxic payload, driving regression in established xenografts and supporting a stroma-directed strategy across multiple solid tumour indications."
