Cystoid Macular Edema After Cultured Human Corneal Endothelial Cell Injection: Frequency, Associated Factors, and Visual Outcomes. (PubMed, Am J Ophthalmol) - "CME was detected postoperatively in approximately one-quarter of eyes after cHCEC injection therapy and was associated with preoperative prostaglandin analog use. Most cases were detected during the early postoperative period and resolved with treatment without adversely affecting 6-month visual outcomes. Careful perioperative management of prostaglandin analogs and routine postoperative optical coherence tomography may facilitate early detection and management of CME."

Comparative Analysis of Different Endoscopic Techniques in the Management of Esophageal Rings and Strictures in Scleroderma (ACG 2026) - "After analyzing a total of 18 Endoscopic procedures, symptom improvement in dysphagia score was highest in the prior Triamcinolone acetonide injection before dilation group (94%), with repeat intervention of 18%, followed by the electrosurgical incision group (90%), with only 12% requiring repeat intervention. In contrast, Balloon performed better (78%) and had a repeat intervention rate of 32%, compared with Bougie (73%), which required the highest repeat intervention rate of 36%. Minimal complication rate was observed across all groups, with chest pain being the most common reported adverse effect in the electrosurgical group."

Place of New Anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Agents in Recalcitrant Radiation Maculopathy: Case Reports. Surgical Excision with Adjuvant Therapies in the Management of Keloids: A Systematic Review. We describe a novel, office-based approach combining SISI with mechanical scar lysis via the cricothyroid membrane for autoimmune subcordal stenosis. Rapidly Progressive Bilateral Syphilitic Optic Neuritis in an Elderly Patient: A Case Report.
