[VIRTUAL] EVALUATION OF ORAL USE OF DEXKETOPROFEN/TRAMADOL IN ACUTE POSTOPERATIVE PAIN IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT WITH A MINIMALLY INVASIVE ANTERIOR APPROACH (AMIS)
(WIP 2020)
- "All patients were under spinal anesthesia and all patients were given intra-articular injection with a dilution of 100 mL N/S 0.9% with 300 mg ropivacaine and 0.5 mg epinephrine. Fixed-dose combination of dexketoprofen and tramadol provides a com- prehensive multimodal approach for moderate to severe acute pain in patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty thanks to central analgesic effect, peripheral analgesic action and anti-inflammatory activity. The combination shows a good tolerability profile."

Prospective, randomized comparative study of ultrasound-guided blocking of the lateral cutaneous branches of the intercostal nerves versus conventional analgesia in non-reconstructive breast surgery.
(PubMed, Rev Esp Anestesiol Reanim)
- "In non-reconstructive breast surgery, performing a BRILMA block allows obtaining lower pain scores, which implies less need for rescue analgesics and a significant saving of tramadol in the study period."

(PubMed, BMJ Open)
- P4; "TRAM/DKP (75/25 mg) is effective and superior to TRAM/paracetamol (75/650 mg) in relieving moderate to severe acute pain following surgical removal of impacted lower third molar, with a faster onset of action, greater and durable analgesia, together with a favourable safety profile."
