Chipscreen Biosciences Announces NMPA IND Approval for NW001, a PD-L1-Targeted Epigenetic Immune-Modulating Antibody Conjugate (Businesswire) - "The Phase 1 trial will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary antitumor activity of NW001 in patients with advanced tumors....Preclinical studies show that NW001 exhibits marked antitumor activity in models refractory or resistant to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.
