Risk Stratification for Systemic Reactions During House Dust Mite Subcutaneous Immunotherapy: A Multicenter Real-World Prediction Model (EAACI 2026) - "Method This multicenter retrospective real-world study included HDM-sensitized patients with allergic rhinitis and/or asthma receiving SCIT (Alutard SQ; ALK) at five allergy centers in China (2013–2024)...SR incidence increased stepwise across low-, intermediate-, and high-risk groups (3.7%, 9.1%, and 19%). Conclusion A parsimonious model incorporating dust mite sIgE, age, and asthma enables clinically meaningful SR risk stratification during HDM SCIT and may support safer implementation in routine practice."

Experience with ALUTARD SQ Immunotherapy in Patients Allergic to Hymenoptera Venom (EAACI 2025) - "Two underwent SCT with Apis, both with tolerance including one patient monosensitized to Api m 10 Conclusion Alutard SQ was found to be safe both during transitions and with a build-up cluster protocol in 3 weeks, even among patients with mastocytosis. In patients who experienced re-stings, the efficacy of this treatment was confirmed."
