NKB61: A Novel PD-1 Agonist/CD16A Bispecific Antibody with Selective Depletion of Pathogenic PD-1+ T Cells and Favorable Safety Profile for Autoimmune Disease Therapy
(ACR Convergence 2026)
- "NKB61 is a first-in-class bispecific antibody that combines PD-1 agonism with enhanced ADCC to selectively deplete pathogenic PD-1+ T cells while sparing Tregs. Its excellent safety profile and potent in vivo efficacy in non-human primates support rapid advancement to Phase I clinical trials, with a priority focus on autoimmunities driven by pathogenic T cells, such as RA and IBD.
