Polyclonal Regulatory T Cell Manufacturing Under cGMP: A Decade of Experience. (PubMed, Front Immunol) - "We report on manufacturing outcomes for 41 autologous polyclonal regulatory T cell (PolyTreg) products for 7 different Phase 1 clinical trials over a 10-year period (2011-2020)...Other parameters, including date of PolyTreg production, patient sex, and patient age did not significantly correlate with fold expansion of Treg during product manufacturing. In conclusion, PolyTreg manufacturing outcomes are consistent across trials and dates of production."

Feasibility, Long-term Safety and Immune Monitoring of Regulatory T Cell Therapy in Living Donor Kidney Transplant Recipients. (PubMed, Am J Transplant) - "Immune modulation with autologous polyclonal regulatory T cell (Treg) therapy may facilitate immunosuppression reduction promoting better long-term clinical outcomes...Four patients in the Treg Therapy cohort had mycophenolate mofetil withdrawn successfully and remain on tacrolimus monotherapy...Autologous Treg therapy is feasible, safe and is potentially associated with a lower rejection rate than standard immunosuppression. Treg therapy may provide an exciting opportunity to minimize immunosuppression therapy and improve long-term outcomes."

(PubMed, Cell Immunol) - "These allospecific cells harbour potent suppressive function and yet their specificity implies a theoretical reduction in off-target effects.
