ANV200, an Fc-engineered anti-PD-1 antibody that selectively and deeply depletes PD-1 expressing T cells for the treatment of autoimmune diseases
(ACR Convergence 2026)
- "ANV200 demonstrated enhanced depletion of activated PD-1-expressing human T cells compared with benchmark anti-PD-1 antibodies and reduced pathogenic human T-cell expansion, resulting in improved disease control in a xenogeneic GvHD model. Cynomolgus monkey PK/PD data further supported potent in vivo depletion of PD-1-expressing cells at low exposure levels, while sparing PD-1-negative cells. Together, these findings support further evaluation of ANV200 as a therapeutic approach for rheumatic autoimmune diseases."
