ALG01, a next-generation anti-PD-L1×TROP-2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BiADC) with STAR technology, demonstrated excellent anti-tumor efficacy & safety in preclinical studies (AACR 2025) - "In toxicology studies, ALG01 was well tolerated in cynomolgus monkeys, with the highest non-severely toxic dose (HNSTD) observed at ≥45 mg/kg for DAR6 or ≥65 mg/kg for DAR4.These preclinical findings indicate that ALG01 offers a wide therapeutic window and may benefit patients with challenging-to-treat cancers. An IND application is planned for submission in 2025."

Evaluating the products of low power, sealed vessel microwave pyrolysis of microalgae. (PubMed, Front Chem) - "The products of low power, sealed vessel microwave pyrolysis of a proprietary microalga, ALG01, similar to Eustigmatophyceae, were evaluated at fixed power (50 W, 100 W and 150 W)...Thus, the use of low power as opposed to high power and/or high temperature conventional pyrolysis yields interesting products that can be used as potential platform chemicals, adsorbents for critical element recovery and as a potential solid biofuel. However, the latter application is limited because the HHV is similar to that of low-grade coal and has a relatively high ash content."
