Beyond advanced therapies: sublingual apomorphine as rescue treatment for refractory freezing of gait in LCIG-treated Parkinson’s disease (EAN 2026) - "The second patient was a 59-year-old man with 14 years of disease duration, previously treated with continuous subcutaneous apomorphine infusion and currently on LCIG due to suboptimal motor control.
