[VIRTUAL] Evaluation of plerixafor use for stem cell mobilization prior to autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant (ASHP 2020) - "Plerixafor is reserved for concomitant use with growth factor (i.e. filgrastim) to promote successful stem cell collection... Institutional use of plerixafor appears to be in alignment with protocol use criteria, as there was only one inappropriate use thus far. Appropriate use of plerixafor achieved 75% of patients meeting target goal. Furthermore, all but one patient were successfully able to proceed to transplant."
