A Novel TSHR-Blocking Antibody Which Effectively Reduces Hyperthyroidism and Proptosis in a Mouse Model of Graves’ and Thyroid Eye Disease

- "These findings demonstrate that chronic M22 injections alone can induce both hyperthyroidism and proptosis in female mice. TSHR blockade effectively reduced hyperthyroidism and prevented TSAb-induced proptosis. These results suggest that REGN23415 and REGN24493 are potent TSHR blockers with therapeutic potential for GD and TED."
