TESP-0401 improves delayed graft function in a kidney transplantation mouse model (TTS 2026) - "The pharmacological inhibition of ACMSD with TESP-0401 provided robust early graft protection and reduced DGF, improving short term graft outcomes as confirmed by reduced BUN, improved GFR and reduced tubular necrosis. Further studies will be carried out to assess whether early preservation of graft function by TESP-0401 can attenuate chronic allograft injury and enhance long-term transplant survival in this model."
