Workplace trauma and chronic stressor exposure among direct service providers working with people experiencing homelessness.
(PubMed, J Ment Health)
- "A cross-sectional survey was completed by 701 direct service providers working in the homeless service, supportive housing, and harm reduction sectors...Emotional support from supervision moderated the relationship between direct exposure to workplace critical events and post-traumatic stress. More trauma-informed psychosocial supports tailored to the needs of direct service providers working with people experiencing homelessness are needed."

Patient and physician factors contributing to polypharmacy among older patients.
(PubMed, Curr Med Res Opin)
- "Our study included 44,570 patients who were prescribed an average of 6.8 medications (standard deviation: 4.0) by 701 physicians...Individual physicians varied in their prescribing practices, even after adjusting for patient demographic and clinical characteristics. Interventions to reduce polypharmacy in older adults should target high prescribing physicians, as physician behavior is more actionable than patient factors."

Cardioprotective Effects of Mebudipine in a Rat Model of Doxorubicin-Induced Heart Failure.
(PubMed, Iran J Med Sci)
- "The administration of mebudipine to HF animals, akin to amlodipine, palliated the clinical and biochemical signs of the disease in the present study. The abstract was presented in the Iranian Congress of Physiology and Pharmacology as a poster and published in the Scientific Information Database as a supplement (2015; Vol 22)."

Use of artificial neural networks for analysis of the factors affecting particle size in mebudipine nanoemulsion.
(PubMed, J Biomol Struct Dyn)
- "The developed model showed that all the three inputs had some degrees of effect on particles size: Increasing the value of each input decreased the size. Furthermore, amount of surfactant was found to be the dominant factor in controlling the final particle size of nanoemulsion."

The effects of mebudipine on myocardial arrhythmia induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury in isolated rat heart.
(PubMed)
-
Cell Mol Biol (Noisy-le-grand)
- "The similar findings were seen in the number of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and fibrillation (VF) among groups. In addition, mebudipine significantly reduced the severity of arrhythmias in comparison with control hearts. Moreover, the drug group demonstrated marked improvement in edema and infiltration of inflammatory cells especially with regard to the degree of myonecrosis and cell lysis.Mebudipine diminished the number and the incidence of myocardial arrhythmias induced by reperfusion injury and the severity of tissue injury."

(PubMed, Bone Marrow Transplant)
- "Number of transplants performed in Europe and associated countries continues to rise with 47,468 HCT in 42,901 patients [19,630 allogeneic (41%) and 27,838 autologous (59%)] reported by 701 centers in 50 countries in 2018...In autologous HCT, there is an ongoing increase in autoimmune diseases (by 19%), predominantly due to activity in multiple sclerosis. This annual report reflects current activity and highlights important trends, useful for health care planning."

Relationships between Social Capital, Social Capital Satisfaction, Self-Esteem, and Depression among Elderly Urban Residents: Analysis of Secondary Survey Data.
(PubMed, Int J Environ Res Public Health)
- "...We used the responses provided by 701 elderly persons to scales assessing social capital (i.e., network, trust), social capital satisfaction, self-esteem, and depression, as part of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS)...Further, social capital satisfaction and self-esteem fully and partially mediated the relationship between trust and depression, respectively. These findings serve as an empirical base upon which social welfare policies can be founded that benefit elderly urban residents with weak social capital, low social capital satisfaction, and poor self-esteem."
