Exploring changes in cognitive, clinical, biological and digital measures following 8 weeks of dosing with MT1988 in participants at clinical high risk for psychosis (CINP 2026) - "MT1988, in development by Monument Therapeutics, is a novel fixed-dose combination of tropisetron and varenicline. This study will provide insights into the responsiveness of cognitive, clinical, biological, and digital biomarkers to MT1988 in individuals at clinical high risk for psychosis. Findings will help to inform the validity of these biomarkers as pharmacodynamic indicators and contribute to the broader AMP SCZ initiative to refine risk stratification, understand early disease mechanisms, and accelerate treatment development for schizophrenia. Efficacy and Safety of Oliceridine for Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Resection Surgery for Gastrointestinal Malignant Tumors: A Prospective Randomized Controlled Non-Inferiority Clinical Trial.
