First-in-Human in Vivo Generation of CD19/BCMA Dual-Targeting CAR-T Cells in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
(IMS 2026)
- P1 | "QI-019A is an in vivo lentiviral vector built on the ClariT platform, which uses Macroi-293 cells to reduce vector clearance and incorporates a CAR-less strategy to avoid premature expression during packaging... These first - in - human data confirm the feasibility of in vivo CD19/BCMA dual - targeting CAR - T without lymphodepletion in R/R MM. QI - 019A enables a rapid 8 - day screening - to - infusion turnaround and demonstrates favorable early safety, robust expansion, and promising efficacy. Long-term follow-up is ongoing to assess response durability and clinical outcomes."
