The suggested approach has been validated using ICH M10 criteria for bioanalytical method validation and was effectively utilized for quantification of tested medications in human plasma with reasonable accuracy and precision findings. (PubMed, J Chromatogr B Analyt Technol Biomed Life Sci) - "Therefore, we developed an easy sampling method on dried urine spot (DUS), for the simultaneous quantification of 5 antihypertensive drugs in human urine: irbesartan, valsartan, olmesartan, metoprolol and furosemide analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), considering spaceflight parameters.
