Metrexassist (TK-90) / Tosk - LARVOL DELTA

A Phase 2 multi-center, placebo-controlled, randomized study to assess the safety and efficacy of parenteral TK-90 for preventing radiation-induced mucositis in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (MHNCS 2024) - "Parenteral administration of TK-90 presents a promising and effective strategy for preventing radiation-induced OM in SCCHN patients. Notably, TK-90 demonstrates good tolerability, with no Grade 3- 4 AEs reported, and does not lead to an increase in RT-associated toxicities. These optimistic results merit additional validation in an upcoming, more expansive randomized study."
