The University of Colorado Anschutz Gates Institute Achieves First-in-U.S. FDA Clearance for Campus-Built CAR T-Cell Therapy (University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus) - "The first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial, starting this summer, will be available to adults with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML)....The Phase 1 clinical trial will evaluate the safety, tolerability and optimal dosing of CD64 CAR T cells in adults with relapsed or refractory AML. Enrollment is anticipated to begin in June 2026, with patients treated at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital."
