REVO-U enables ultra-scalable manufacturing like biologic drugs. Early DLBCL data show no GvHD, with expansion, CRS and responses influenced by lymphodepletion, dose & MPA exposure. Timely EC-MPS adjustment per MPA AUC may be needed for efficacy assurance."
