Complete mitochondrial genome of Micractinium singularis MM0003 (Chlorellaceae, Trebouxiophyceae).
(PubMed, Mitochondrial DNA B Resour)
- "This mitogenome has 75,931 bp in length and consists of 62 genes including 32 protein-coding, 3 rRNA, and 27 tRNA genes. The overall GC content of the genome is 27.5%."

Predicting lethal pulmonary hypoplasia in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH): Institutional experience combined with CDH registry outcomes.
(PubMed, J Pediatr Surg)
- "The SPHERE protocol did not predict mortality in the CDH Registry. However, our data suggest resource utilization is significant when unable to reach pCO2 ≤100 despite resuscitation. Morbidity remains high in this group."

Crinipellins A and I, Two Diterpenoids from the Basidiomycete Fungus Crinipellis rhizomaticola, as Potential Natural Fungicides.
(PubMed, Molecules)
- "In contrast to crinipellin A (1), crinipellin I (2) showed weak or no activity (MICs > 250 µg/mL). Taken together, our results show that the C. rhizomaticola IUM00035 isolate suppresses the development of plant fungal diseases, in part through the production of crinipellin A (1)."

Screening for Resistance to PVY in Australian Potato Germplasm.
(PubMed, Genes (Basel))
- "The RYSC3, M45, and STM0003 markers were therefore able to identify all the 13 cultivars that were resistant to both strains of PVY. Therefore, these markers will enable the identification of genotypes with resistance to PVY, and enable PVY resistant parents to be used for the development of superior progeny; these genetic markers can be used for MAS in the Australian potato breeding program."

Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analyses of the Chitinases under Cold and Osmotic stress in Ammopiptanthus nanus.
(PubMed, Genes (Basel))
- "...Some chitinases, such as EVM0022783, EVM0020238, and EVM0003645, are strongly induced by low temperature and osmotic stress, and the MYC/ICE1 (inducer of CBF expression 1) binding sites in promoter regions may mediate the induction of these chitinases under stress. These chitinases might play key roles in the tolerance to these abiotic stress in A. nanus and have potential for biotechnological applications. This study provided important data for understanding the biological functions of chitinases in A. nanus."
