The management of age-related oxidative stress in male hypogonadism associated with non-communicable chronic disease (Fertility 2023) - " In this narrative review, we discuss the approaches for clinical management of NCDs associated hypogonadic men, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), metformin, weight management, and antioxidant supplementation. The relationship between ageing, oxidative stress, male hypogonadism, and NCDs in males is complex. Although TRT may be beneficial, alternative therapeutic approaches require consideration.
