Next-generation menin inhibitor KO-7246 regenerates beta cell mass in diabetic rodent and human islet models (EASD 2026) - "In the db/db mouse model of T2D, KO-7246 produced significant dose-dependent reductions in fasting blood glucose (FBG, p<0.001) and increases in both insulin and c-peptide levels (p<0.01 and p<0.01) and synergized with semaglutide. These data support the clinical development of KO-7246, both as monotherapy and potentially in combination with GLP1 agonists, in both T1D and T2D patients."
