Our findings highlight the potential of radiomics signatures extracted from the primary tumor in a pre-PET scan for predicting recurrence, offering promising insights. Specifically, our study demonstrated the viability of a pre-PET-based radiomics model for recurrence prediction in cervical cancer. The exploration encompassed thirty-six combinations of various FS and ML techniques, revealing that UCI and CB, GLMB, GLMN, and CoxPH yielded the most robust performance."
