Bispecific Antibody OCUL101 as a Novel Therapy for Experimental Autoimmune Uveitis (ARVO 2026) - "Conclusions Intravitreal administration of the bispecific antibody OCUL101 effectively attenuated ocular inflammation, vascular pathology, and visual dysfunction in EAU rats. These findings underscore the therapeutic value of dual inhibition of VEGF and C5 and support the further development of OCUL101 as a promising targeted therapy for autoimmune uveitis."
