A Novel 68Ga/177Lu-Labeled Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CAIX)-Targeting Theranostic Pair for ccRCC (SNMMI 2025) - "Results The OS-RC-2 xenografts were clearly delineated in the PET images, exhibiting a high degree of contrast (tumor/muscle ratio of 6.64 at 2 hours post-injection). High tumor accumulation of 68Ga-NYM080 was noted in OS-RC-2 tumors, which reached 10.05% ID/g at 30 minutes post-injection, while minimal uptake was observed in blocking study and in PC-3(CAIX-negative) model. Renal clearance was the primary route of excretion for 68Ga-NYM080."
