TJ-TL23: A Novel Long Half-Life Bispecific Antibody Simultaneously Neutralizing TL1A and IL-23 for Autoimmune Diseases via Synergistic Anti-Inflammation and Anti-Fibrosis
(ACR Convergence 2026)
- "TJ-TL23 exhibited excellent pharmacokinetics in FcRn humanized mice, with a serum half-life 7.5 times that of risankizumab analogue. TJ-TL23 elicits synergistic immunosuppression by simultaneously neutralizing the TL1A/DR3 and IL-23/IL-23R signaling pathways. Due to its prolonged half-life and low immunogenicity profiles, this bispecific antibody exhibits potent anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic activities in vivo. Collectively, TJ-TL23 represents a promising next-generation candidate for autoimmune diseases, enabling less frequent subcutaneous administration and improved efficacy relative to current clinical therapies."
