Postautologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Disseminated Hypopigmented Keratosis.

- "The patient was initially administered a topical agent comprising hydrocortisone and urea, which exhibited minimal improvement. This case report suggests that disseminated hypopigmented keratosis may be a rare cutaneous manifestation of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Additional research is necessary to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis and the clinical course of this disease."

Severe adult-onset Atopic Dermatitis Patient with Satisfactory Rinvoq Treatment

- "He received systemic antihistamine, oral methotrexate10mg/week, prednisolone, topical steroid, protopic oint(0.1%), emollients, and broadband ultraviolet ray phototherapy treatment. Initially he felt better after phototherapy, urea and hydrocortisone, crotamiton and hydrocortisone, and Diflucortolone ointment...The precipitating factors, allergen or regular medication for CAD, should be considered, including Candesartan, bisoprolol, atorvastatin, and clopidogrel...His skin disease improved gradually after short-term oral prednisolone 30mg and continuous Rinvoq treatment. KEY MESSAGE: Rinvoq treatment is satisfactory clinically. Investigation the precipitating factors for adult-onset atopic dermatitis is important, including the regular medication of chronic diseases"
