A Novel, pH-Sensitive IL-4Rα × TSLP Bispecific Antibody for Dual Pathway Blockade and Extended Exposure in Atopic Dermatitis and Type 2 Inflammatory Diseases (EADV 2026) - "Conclusions In preclinical studies, ALX009 retained potent activity across TSLP-, IL-4-, and IL-13-driven pathways and showed prolonged systemic exposure. These findings support further evaluation of ALX009 as a long-acting therapeutic candidate for AD and other type 2 inflammatory diseases, including asthma and COPD."
