Histological Remission and Response in Severe and Refractory Lupus Nephritis Patients after Treatment with Rese-cel (Resecabtagene Autoleucel), an Autologous CD19-CAR T Cell Therapy (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #1222; Pres time: Nov 9, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; P1/2 | "Background/Purpose: The goal of treatment for patients with severe lupus nephritis (LN) is to preserve long-term renal function and to prevent end stage kidney disease. In this exploratory analysis, rese-cel led to clinical and histologic remission off all IM agents and GCs in patients with severe and refractory LN. Some patients in cell therapy trials for severe and refractory LN may achieve histological remission and DORIS, but not CRR, due to persistent proteinuria in the setting of renal scarring from prior injury. Table 1: Baseline demographics, clinical and histologic data after rese-cel infusion for LN patients with a repeat biopsy."
