Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Voclosporin, Belimumab, and Obinutuzumab in Lupus Nephritis: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis of 9 Randomized Controlled Trials (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #2775; Pres time: Nov 10, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; "Background/Purpose: Voclosporin, belimumab, and obinutuzumab have each demonstrated superiority over mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) plus glucocorticoids (GC) in phase III trials for active lupus nephritis (LN), but no head-to-head trial exists. All three targeted agents significantly improve CRR in lupus nephritis vs. MMF+GC. In the first NMA indirect comparison between all three agents, voclosporin ranks highest for CRR (SUCRA 71.8%), followed by obinutuzumab (65.3%) and belimumab (62.9%), though differences are not statistically significant."
