Complete and partial renal response to voclosporin in difficult-to-treat patients with lupus nephritis: data from the VoRLiSS (Voclosporin in Real Life Setting Study). (EULAR 2026) - Mar 18, 2026 - Abstract #POS0700; B.1128; K195; Pres time: Jun 4, 2026; 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM; Location: Poster View; "CRR was defined by all of the following: 24-hour proteinuria 60 ml/min/1.73 m² with no decrease greater than 20% from baseline, no need for rescue therapies for LN, and daily prednisone dose ≤5 mg...Among previous conventional synthetic DMARDs (csDMARDs), mycophenolate mofetil was the most commonly used (90.9%), followed by cyclophosphamide (74%), whereas Belimumab and hydroxychloroquine were used in 53.2% and 88.3% of cases, respectively...Notably, renal outcomes were comparable between D2T and non- D2T patients, suggesting that voclosporin may be effective even in this challenging population. These promising results need to be confirmed in a larger population with longer follow-up."
