Non-TNF initiation was associated with lower subsequent coded cholangitis in analyses focused on patients without earlier cholangitis, with similar direction across 365- and 180-day biologicfree baseline designs. The transplant/status imbalance keeps residual PSC severity and specialty-care channeling in view, so the findings should not be read as proof that biologic class modifies PSC progression."
