ANTI-BCMA CAR-T CELLS KINETICS AND EARLY OUTCOMES AFTER IDE-CEL IN PATIENTS WITH RELAPSE/REFRACTORY MULTIPLE MYELOMA (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP023; Pres time: Sep 21, 2026; 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; "At the time of apheresis, median number of prior lines of therapy was 3(3-5) with 3 pts exposed to talquetamab as treatment before apheresis. These results confirm the efficacy and safety of ide-cel in pa- tients with relapsed/refractory MM(6-months-PFS 64%,NRM 5%). Greater CAR-T expansion, especially of CD4+cells, is associated with 3month-response, suggesting distinct roles of CAR-Tcell subsets and identifying a potential prognostic indicator of efficacy."
