In conclusion, we developed PET-integrated nomograms predicting outcomes after CART in R/R LBCL highlighting the interplay between host factor (Hb, lym count), tumour burden and clinical resistance patterns (BT, refractoriness). These tools may support individualized deci- sion-making and warrant prospective multicentre validation."
