Efficacy of Dupilumab for Cutaneous Immune-Related Adverse Events: A Multi-Institutional Cohort Study (ESDR 2026) - Oct 5, 2026 - Abstract #173; "ICIs included anti-PD-1 (pembrolizumab, nivolumab, cemiplimab), anti-PD-L1 (atezolizumab, avelumab, durvalumab), anti-CTLA-4 (ipilimumab). Toxicity-directed biologics have not been associated with worsened survival, suggesting preservation of ICI antitumor efficacy. This underscores the potential of dupilumab in optimizing both quality of life and survival outcomes for patients on ICIs."
