Durable Responses at ≥ 12 Months With Zola-cel in Severe Refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Safety, Efficacy, and Translational Findings From the Full Phase 1 Breakfree-1 Cohort (ACR Convergence 2026) - Oct 16, 2026 - Abstract #LB04; Pres time: Nov 10, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; P1, P2 | "A single zola-cel infusion showed rapid and sustained clinical benefits at ≥1 yr of F/U, with most pts remaining off disease-directed ISTs. Predominant naive B cell repopulation and sustained IFN gene signature suppression even after B cell return are consistent with biological changes that may reflect a durable immune reset. Inflammatory events were mostly low-grade, transient, and resolved without long-term clinical sequelae."
