Impact of Helicobacter pylori Infection on the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in gastric cancer: A multicenter retrospective study (KINGCA Week 2026) - Oct 11, 2026 - Abstract #PP-091; Pres time: Sep 18, 2026; 04:20 PM - 05:40 PM; Location: Sapphire 3+4; " This multicenter retrospective study included patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with nivolumab or pembrolizumab at five tertiary centers in the Republic of Korea. In this multicenter cohort of Korean patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with ICIs, H. pylori infection status was not independently associated with survival outcomes. Disease stage, line of therapy, and HER2 status were stronger determinants of prognosis. Larger prospective studies with standardized H. pylori assessment are warranted to validate these findings."
