Disseminated Verruconis gallopava in a kidney transplant recipient on belatacept, who failed isavuconazole and improved on dual amphotericin B and posaconazole therapy. Future literature should evaluate the most optimal first-line therapy for Verruconis, due to the high morbidity and mortality seen in disseminated disease."
