Therapeutic drug monitoring was available to 5/26 respondents (19.2%), whereas newer antifungal agents, including isavuconazole and novel posaconazole formulation, were accessible to 24/26 respondents (92.3%)...Conclusions/Learning Points Variability in the diagnosis and management of IFI exists in Pediatric Oncology units in Greece.
