LETERMOVIR ELIMINATES SURVIVAL DIFFERENCES ACROSS RECIPIENT/DONOR CMV SEROLOGY COMBINATIONS IN MATCHED UNRELATED DONOR ALLOGENEIC STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION (EBMT 2026) - Feb 7, 2026 - Abstract #OS10-06; Pres time: Mar 24, 2026; 11:45 AM - 11:54 AM; Location: N101-102; "Letermovir prophylaxis was associated with elimination of the historically observed survival differences across all recipient/donor CMV serostatus combinations in MUD allo-SCT. These findings suggest a profound reduction in CMV-related risk heterogeneity and support routine letermovir use in CMV-seropositive recipients, with implications for donor selection and post-transplant risk stratification."
