Four patients had CMV reactivation and 11 had EBV reactivation all of which resolved with ganciclovir foscarnet or rituximab... These data suggest that the TBF+ATG/PTCy regimen is feasible for haplo-HSCT in ALL with manageable transplant-related toxicity. We will further evaluate the regimen by expanding the patient cohort and extending follow-up which are essential for efficacy and safety analysis."
