SSc patients were treated with teclistamab, cizutamig, or PRO-203, ASyS patients with blinatumomab, the D2TRA/MCTD patient with PRO-203, and the AAV patient with mosunetuzumab. TCE therapy led to rapid depletion of target B cell populations in circulation and target tissues with concomitant reduction of disease-specific autoantibody titers... Our findings support sustained long-term disease control in patients with different severe, refractory systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases following induction therapy with distinct B cell-targeting TCEs and RTX maintenance therapy. However, infectious complications related to treatment-induced hypogammaglobulinemia require careful monitoring, particularly with BCMA-TCEs.
