Impact of Rheumatoid Factor Levels on Drug Survival of Certolizumab and Adalimumab in Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Real-World Cohort Study (ACR Convergence 2026) - Sep 8, 2026 - Abstract #455; Pres time: Nov 8, 2026; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM; Location: WB1&2; In Person; "Certolizumab pegol demonstrated superior drug survival compared with Adalimumab in this real-world RA biologic naive cohort. This difference was particularly pronounced among patients with elevated RF levels, supporting the hypothesis that absence of the Fc fragment may reduce the negative impact of RF on biologic survival. These findings suggest that RF magnitude may be a useful factor when selecting biologic therapy in RA."
