Changes in FEV1pp variability following initiation of elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor: A registry study (NACFC 2026) - Sep 9, 2026 - Abstract #657; "Beyond changes in rate of FEV1pp decline in pediatric and adult cohorts, ETI was associated with meaningful reductions in FEV1 variability, reflecting gains in clinical stability at levels that were not observed in previous registry analyses similarly examining ivacaftor effectiveness. Variability-based metrics continue to provide complementary insight into treatment response heterogeneity and disease progression control. These findings on ETI-treated people with CF strengthen their potential as important markers for evaluating effectiveness of novel therapies in CF."
