Concurrent Anti-GBM Glomerulonephritis (GN) and DNAJB9-Positive Fibrillary GN Presenting as Rapidly Progressive GN (RPGN) (KIDNEY WEEK 2026) - Oct 2, 2026 - Abstract #FR-PO0746; Pres time: Oct 23, 2026; 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM; Location: Exhibit Hall A, Convention Center; "The patient was treated with therapeutic plasma exchange, corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide and rituximab directed towards the fibrillary component. Concurrent fibrillary GN may reduce the likelihood of renal recovery. Further reports and larger studies are needed to better characterize the optimal therapeutic approach, treatment response, and long-term treatment outcomes in patients with this rare dual glomerulopathy."
