IMPACT OF VENETOCLAX-BASED THERAPY ON T- AND NK-CELL IMMUNITY IN CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP025; Pres time: Sep 21, 2026; 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; "Within the γδ T-cell compartment, both Vδ1 and Vγ9Vδ2 subsets significantly decreased, although Vγ9Vδ2 T cells exhibited enhanced degranulation capacity following IL2 and zoledronic acid stimulation. Functionally, NK cells exhibit- ed increased ADCC activity as early as 1 month after treat- ment initiation against a CD20+ cell line in the presence of rituximab or obinutuzumab. Overall, these findings support the notion of treatment-induced immune reprogramming that should be considered when defining optimal therapeu- tic sequencing, particularly in the context of immunothera- peutic strategies."
