NLPHL comprised 4% of Hodgkin lymphoma cases in our cohort. Over 25 years, various treatments—including those for classical Hodgkin lymphoma—were used. Despite ongoing relapse risk, overall survival was excellent, suggesting that a reduction in treatment intensity is feasible in selected patients."
